Shipping Methods and Timeframes

At Launch Tech USA, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days* after your payment has been confirmed.

We offer FedEx Shipping for all orders. Please note that FedEx Shipping cannot deliver to PO boxes. Be sure to provide a valid street address at checkout.

All freight orders ship free within the United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Freight shipping costs $1,000 for all freight orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

*Shipping Exceptions

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, there may be rare occasions such as during operational events when shipping is temporarily paused. We appreciate your patience and will resume shipments as quickly as possible once operations reopen.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Launch Tech USA only offers shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for new or new defective products within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is unregistered. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team through one of the following methods:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any damage or signs of use may affect your refund.
